The City of Midland selected Great Lakes Engineering Group to design and oversee the construction of the Poseyville Park Bridge over the Tittabawassee River in Midland Michigan. This pedestrian walkway will connect the Poseyville Preserve to the Tittabawassee River and is anticipated to transform a previous industrial site in a vibrant greenway which will enhance the community access to the river as well as promote outdoor activities.

The Poseyville Park Bridge is a structural steel bridge that consists of 3-spans, with a length of over 472′ long. This new bridge will involve constructing new elements such as abutments, piers, bored piles (or caissons), steel piles, concrete deck, slope paving, etc. The project is anticipated to be completed by mid-summer 2025.
